Programmer Analyst [September 19, 2008]

The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining database applications and interfaces to meet business requirements. The individual will gather requirements, create specifications, code, test, and document all development following the Software Development Life Cycle. This position will report to either the CTO orCEO. Analyze business requirements, generate technical specifications, develop and maintain program code for existing or new applications as assigned. Research and correct problems in existing software systems. As necessary, work with software vendors to correct software defects. Develop and maintain data interfaces between application systems. Develop and execute test plans to validate proper functionality of program code. Coordinate installation of software and data fixes. Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
2 years of development experience with MYSQL databases - (i.e. triggers, functions, store procedures, and packages) and SQL tuning. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle. Ability to work independently or in team environment. Strong analytical skills. Experience working with version control software. Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Management, or equivalent work experience. Will prefer candidate with software development experience in VB.NET with C#.NET.

This position requires heavy outbound phone calls and extensive qualification / consultative selling skills with a detailed understanding of the debt collection market.

The Sales Executive will be expected to manage a territorial pipeline, report on sales activity and stay thoroughly informed on all casetrakerlaw products and services and the collection industry in general. Phone skills will be utilized to evaluate customer needs and satisfy customer requirements by developing proposals, generating sales orders and accurately completing customer contracts.
